The staff at the hotel were amazing,almost always happy to help. Plenty of choice for breakfast, the shower was great and plenty of hot water. Fair price for drinks at the in house bar.good location close to the harbour and other attractions. Free parking for your car in large car park. The pool looked great but didn't use so can say about temperature. Rooms cleaned everyday.
Unfortunately the additional cost for a full sea view was not worth the money, as you still had a limited view of the sea over roof tops and a main road also this placed us in one of the rooms directly over the bar/entertainment area on the ground floor which kept going until 11.30pm, although they say the rooms have additional sound proofing you could still hear the music and also the vibration from the sound system worked through into the rooms (101-104). Although we were only bed and breakfast guests use of the bar was included, the staff would ask for your room number and then you would pay the bill, or sign the receipt to add to your room at the end of stay and pay. We paid for our drinks at the time of purchase every time, and on the morning of our check out (3.30am) when handing the key over the clerk said there was a balance of €4.40 for a bar purchase on the system. We know that this was not by us as we paid everytime, he couldn't say what the purchase was or what day it was even though you would had to had signed the receipt if not paying at the time. He was the only employee on duty and we had to get to the airport so had to pay the additional cost. The €4.40 is not the issue it's the fact that a mistake has taken place and it could have been a much larger amount, so next time we will check the room balance the night before we check out, so we would have time to complain properly. We stopped being able to get any tv channels on the tv after the 3rd day, not really a problem, but be warned. The corridors to all the rooms are tiled floors so you can hear every foot step late at night from people heading back to their rooms and room doors shutting.can only use Netflix with your own account.

Very Good
Spacious, clean apartments, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The food is good. The staff is nice and very helpful. The hotel's clientele is mostly English. In the evenings, you can take a walk along the seafront and the bar streets.

Good
Very nice place, close to the beautiful Venus beach. Good breakfasts, big swimming pool. Staff is really friendly, it's clean.
Quite old but it's not a problem if you already know it from the internet opinions ;) The only problem is that you hear your neighbours like they are inside your room sometimes... It's because of the doors between the rooms, not walls.
